Domestic Groups
If you are a group from outside of Auckland wanting to enter KBB Music Festival, you are encouraged to contact Tour Time as the KBB Music Festival’s Official Travel Company, to organise your coach travel, accommodation and touring needs. Tour Time can also arrange pre and post KBB Music Festival Tours for your touring ensemble. This can include flights, accommodation, transport, rehearsal venues, masterclasses, performances, or exchanges.
Please note, groups from outside Auckland who have booked a music tour with an alternative travel agent/tour company, must sub-contract to Tour Time all aspects of travel relating to the KBB Music Festival, including buses and accommodation during the festival.
International Groups
If you are an international group wanting to enter KBB Festival, you must organise your travel through Tour Time as the KBB Music Festival’s Official Travel Company.
Tour Time can arrange an entire Performance Tour based around your group attending the KBB Music Festival. This can include flights, accommodation, transport, rehearsal venues, masterclasses, performances, or exchanges. Tour Time can also arrange pre and post KBB Music Festival Tours anywhere in New Zealand for your touring ensemble. If you are a Travel Agent/Tour Company and have a group wanting to attend the KBB Music Festival, please contact Tour Time directly to arrange a tour package for you based upon your clients specific requirements.
The KBB Music Festival endorses Tour Time as our preferred provider for all travel to/from the KBB Music Festival.
